Hello, 2026 Festival Vendors!

We are delighted to have you joining us on Saturday, September 19th, 2026 as part of our Bonny Doon Art, Wine & Brew Festival Marketplace.

With your acceptance letter, you received a copy of the 2026 BDAWBF Vendor Agreement. Your completed form must be sent via email to bdartandwine.vendors@gmail.com and your payment submitted through the form below by 11:59pm on Friday, August 7th, 2026.

We’d also love to include photos of your work in our social media posts and website to promote you and all the other incredible artists and makers participating in this year’s festival. If that sounds good to you, please select 2-3 of your favorite images of your work for us to use, title them with your business name, and upload to the Google Drive folder linked below.

3% Cover the Fee

Vendors may withdraw up until August 17, 2026 and receive a partial refund. All requests for a refund must be in writing or by email. After September 2, 2026 participation fees are not refundable.
