Completing the dream build, the winner will get to choose their frame size and preferred color, pending availability. Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions
The Bonny Doon Bike Sweepstakes is open to contestants within the United States. The sweepstakes is sponsored by the Bonny Doon Community School Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under the laws of the State of California. By entering the Bonny Doon Bike Sweepstakes, you consent to receiving communications related to this sweepstakes and other updates from the Bonny Doon Art & Wine Festival and its affiliates.
There is no limit to the number of entries per person. No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. Sweepstakes is open to US residents only. To enter without purchase, you may mail a handwritten postcard to: Bonny Doon Community School Foundation, PO Box 8089, Santa Cruz, California, 95061. Your entry must include the following: Full name (if a minor, your parent/legal guardian’s name is required), mailing address (no P.O. boxes), phone number, email address, your date of birth, a statement declaring: “I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules for the Bonny Doon Bike Sweepstakes.” All mailed entries must be received by 7:00 p.m. PT on Saturday, September 6th, 2025. Contributions made as part of your entry are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Grand Prize:
A complete, ready-to-ride Mountain Bike, featuring:
Ibis Ripley mountain bike in choice of color and either dual 29” or 29” front / 27.5” rear “MX” wheels
Fox Factory Series 36 fork, Float X shock and Transfer seat post
Sram’s brand new GX mechanical 1x12 drivetrain and Motive brakes
Winner will be determined by random selection and will be notified via phone and/or email. The prize winner is solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance, shipping and all expenses incurred in claiming or receiving a grand prize. The prize winners understand, acknowledge, and agree that the winner is receiving a prize and will hereby release and discharge Bonny Doon Community School Foundation, and any additional sponsors, their employees, agents, officers, directors, and legal representatives and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from or caused by the award of such prize, including, but not limited to the payment of any and all taxes that are due. Prize must be spoken for by November 1, 2025. Any unclaimed prize after that date will constitute forfeiture and be transferred to Bonny Doon Community School Foundation as a donation. Bonny Doon Community School Foundation, its Board of Directors, and its agents assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, or entries without payment which will be deemed invalid and disqualified. The decisions and rules of Bonny Doon Community School Foundation are final on all matters concerning the drawing. Void where prohibited by law.
